Remember the days when cooking was fun? Well, maybe it wasn’t for everyone, but it can be a fun challenge! Turn cooking from a chore into something enjoyable by taking up a cooking class with friends!

Use it as a way to connect with friends you haven’t seen in a while and do it as a shared experience. Pick a cuisine, sample different cooking classes. Use youchamp to organise it and share the cost of the class.

GREAT NEWS: social gathering restrictions are easing up! Those of us in NSW are now allowed to invite up to 20 people in our homes (on top of those who already live in the house). Up to 20 people will also be allowed to gather outdoors.

Before you start calling your friends and planning a party, remember not to let your guard down!

• Maintain a physical distance of at least 1.5 metres from others.
• Practise good hand hygiene and stay healthy.
• Get tested if you have any symptoms, even if they are only mild.
• Take extra care if you’re around vulnerable people.

Stay at home while you are waiting for COVID-19 test results.

As you may have heard, Australia is successfully flattening the coronavirus curve! We’ve had a very low number of new cases, putting Australia on track to beating the pandemic.

Thanks to these lower numbers, many states are relaxing their social distancing restrictions. We can now have two visitors at our house at a time for socialisation. Great news for those of us who’ve been craving some human interaction!

Send a private message in youchamp to a friend or family member that you haven’t seen in a while, and organise to meet up. Just make sure that nobody has any symptoms of COVID-19 or has been in contact with someone with symptoms.
